Interested in hosting a Her Essentials workshop for your church, afterschool program, nonprofit, or youth group? Our engaging, age-appropriate sessions cover everything from periods and self-care to nutrition and emotional wellness—equipping tweens and teens to feel confident, informed, and ready to manage their health. We bring the kits, the education, and the energy—your group leaves empowered and ready to flow!

Volunteer Packing Party
Grab your group (minimum of 5 people, ages 9 and up) and make a difference together! Pick your location, and we’ll provide the supplies—or you can support by donating the products you pack. It’s a fun, hands-on way to give back while ensuring students have the period essentials they need!
