Our workshop is a safe and fun space for menstruators expecting their first period or those needing support managing their monthly cycle and self-care. Participants receive menstrual education, Q&A session, period kit, and access to our Girl Flow network. Book a workshop for your group today!

Red Cart Essentials
No student should miss school or compromise their dignity because their body is engaging in a natural, normal function. Inspired by Mooresville Kindness Closet's Red cart project, Girl Flow created the Red Cart Essentials initiative to provide Title I schools in the Charlotte and neighboring areas with easy access to menstrual products. Each cart is filled with packages that contain tampons, pads, panty liners, and wipes. Carts are placed in the student restrooms for immediate access and privacy. School staff or program ambassadors can contact Girl Flow for additional packs whenever they are running low. Each school is allowed 3 disbursements at no cost yearly.
