Start A RED CART at YOUR SCHOOL
Red Cart Essentials
No student should have to miss class because they don’t have access to period products.
Red Cart Essentials ensures that students in Title I schools across Charlotte and surrounding areas have easy, dignified access to the products they need. Each cart is stocked with individually packaged kits that include pads, panty liners, and wipes—placed directly in student restrooms for immediate access and privacy.
Schools receive up to three free product disbursements per year, and staff or program ambassadors can request refills anytime supplies run low. This program not only supports students' physical needs, but also helps reduce stigma and promote wellness through accessible, everyday care.

Growing Girl: Whole-Girl Wellness Project
Helping girls grow strong—mind, body, and flow.

Growing Girl is a 4-session wellness series designed for girls in grades 4–6, covering puberty, emotional wellness, nutrition, and confidence-building through a whole-girl approach. We partner with schools and youth programs to deliver interactive lessons, activity kits, and guided support that foster informed, empowered young girls—ready to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

SPILL THE TEA
Body Talk for Growing Girls & Their Moms
Being prepared starts with open conversation.
This heart-centered workshop creates space for moms and daughters to connect through real, honest conversations about health, wellness, and the menstrual journey. We help moms feel confident guiding their daughters through puberty—and give girls the tools to speak up, care for themselves, eat right and embrace growing up. We learn, laugh, and spill the tea on everything from self-care, health tips to confidence.
*For Mom or Mom & daughter groups*
